Our Mission
I stumbled upon the idea to make these panties out of frustration. Frustrated that women with irregular menstruation or bladder leaks always have to wear uncomfortable, oftentimes painful, skin-irritating pads or tampons. Frustrated with all the beautiful clothes ruined, because of random heavy flow or discharge. Frustrated that women have to feel unsexy or insecure, on top of cramps, bloating and PMS.
So I started buying period panties – underwear that have anabsorbant pad built into them. Many ofthe leading brands were highlyunflattering – some gave me a big muffin top, and some would show right throughmy pants. Even the expensive ones had stiff pads, rough seams with itchystitching, and the low-quality synthetic materials would rip after a few uses.
I knew that women deserved something better. With mybackground in engineering, I was confident that I could design somethingbetter. I started researching different materials and evaluating manufacturers across Asia. After a year of research, design iterations and 23 different tests for absorbency, comfort, reusability, and style – I landed upon the final designs for Comzy panties. f course, I couldn’t have done this without my closest friends – who patiently tried all of my designs and provided feedback crucial towards creating a high quality product.
