Generally, we recommend wearing them from anywhere from 8 to 12 hours. However, this depends on the level of flow. If your period is light, you could wear it longer. If heavier, then use it for a shorter duration. Additionally, if you are using them as a backup to other menstrual products, they can last longer.

Washing the underwear with mild detergent and rinsing it in cool water after each use will help prevent staining. The absorbent padding is black, so stains will not show. And since all Comzy’s are designed to be leak-proof, stains are unlikely to be visible on the outside seams of your panty.

We recommend having anywhere from 3 to 4 pairs for each cycle. You can always buy one pair to test out before committing to a full wardrobe of Comzy’s, of course 🙂
